Shipping & FAQ's

Typical shipping time is up to 7 days. All packages are shipped USPS ground unless otherwise arranged.

Please email if an item needs to be returned.

Unused items can be returned within 2 weeks of the package being received and the customer will need to pay for shipping costs. Once the package is received on our end, it will be inspected and then refunded.

Kate Corn is not responsible for lost packages that have been correctly mailed out.

If your vinyl bag gets dirty or smudgy, spot clean with a cloth and water! Glass cleaner (like Windex) also works great.

If your vinyl bag gets a lil too wonky for your liking, warm it up to reshape! This can be done with a blow dryer or even sitting it in the sun for a few minutes.

For your vegan leather bag, nail polish remover on a cotton ball or cloth will get most of any stain out.

All these products are made with human hands! Vinyl is a difficult material to work with so there might be some very slight imperfections.
